Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is paid through the TenantCloud tenant portal by bank transfer or card. Payments received after the 10th are late under your lease. If you pay by check or money order, it must reach our office by the due date.
Submit non-emergency requests through the tenant portal so they are logged and tracked. For emergencies such as no heat in winter, active leaks or anything unsafe, call (262) 764-4869 at any time.

Give written notice as required by your lease. We will schedule a walk-through and return your security deposit, less any lawful deductions with an itemized statement, within the period required by Wisconsin law.
